Welcome to RAEDIAN Applications! Since you are a registered user of our ioWiz platform, we would like to let you know about our updated Service Agreement, which will take effect on February 8, 2023.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. As part of our privacy practices, we emphasize that this Service agreement applies throughout your use of our platform.

In this Agreement, "ioWiz" is referred to as "We", "our" and "Data Subject" is referred to as "you" and "yours".

1.1 Account registration service

We provide you with the service of account registration through email, through which you can have your own account.

You can access, correct, copy and delete your personal information through the channels and methods listed in this Guideline. You can also withdraw your consent, cancel your account, complain and report your privacy functions.

1.2 Add wallboxs online

You can create your wallboxs online according to the PIN code of the device.

1.3 Data collection service

We are able to collect the wallbox data and send it to our server, which will process and store the data.

1.4 Big data statistical service

We collect the data through the big data system, and finally realize the online state, remaining electric quantity, charging quantity, charging duration and other data of your wallbox.

1.5 Data export service

You can export your charging device data in the Web system for your own further analysis.

1.6 Receive abnormal information service

You can set whether to receive alarm message and offline message, once your wallbox alarm or offline, we will send an email or SMS to your mailbox or mobile phone.

2.1 Processing

In order to provide you with the above services, we shall process your personal data in the following ways, including: collection, recording, organization, construction, storage, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination or other utilization, arrangement, combination, restriction, deletion or destruction, whether by automated means or not.

2.2 Information provision

When we collect personal data from you, we provide you with the following information:

2.2.1 Our identity and contact details, where appropriate, also provide the representative's body and contact details.

2.2.2 Provide the contact details of the Data Protection Authority where appropriate.

2.2.3 If so, provide information about the recipient of personal data.

2.2.4 The appropriate safeguards we have in place.

2.3 Record

We will record and retain the personal data information collected by us when you use our ioWiz for legal or commercial purposes in order to provide you with services, fulfill our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

2.4 Communication

We will notify the recipient of the information of any restrictions on the correction, deletion and processing of data and information pursuant to Clause 2/3/4/5 of this Agreement, unless such notification cannot be made or would involve inappropriate action. We will also inform you of the recipient of such information upon your request.

2.5 Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data information collected. We also take a number of steps to prevent security breaches and unauthorized access to personal data：

2.5.1 We will, in accordance with the requirements of the Act, promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can independently prevent and reduce the risk, and the remedial measures for you, etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant information of the event by email, letter, telephone, push notification and other means. When it is difficult to inform the user information subject one by one, we will take a reasonable and effective way to release announcements.

2.5.2 At the same time, we will also report the handling of user information security incidents according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

2.5.3 In the event that the products and services stop operation, we will take reasonable measures to protect the security of your user information, including timely stopping the activities of continuing to collect your user information; Notice of cessation of operations will be sent to you one by one or in the form of an announcement; And hold your personal information to delete or anonymous processing.

2.5.4 If you use your User information beyond the purpose stated in the collection of user information or beyond the scope of direct or reasonable correlation, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent.

2.6 Notice Where there is a breach of personal data, we will, to the extent practicable, unduly delay in notifying the data regulator of the breach within 72 hours of the discovery of the breach, unless such data breach does not pose any risk to the rights and freedoms of the individual. If we do not inform the regulator within 72 hours, we will explain. When personal data leakage is likely to cause danger to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you of personal data information leakage without undue delay.

3.1 Access right

You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data information, and if so, you have the right to know what your personal data information is held by us and how it is used and with whom it is shared. You have the right to appeal to the data watchdog.

3.2 Right of correction

You have the right to require us to correct your personal data information without undue delay, and you have the right to make incomplete personal data complete, including by providing supplementary instructions.

3.3 Erasure right

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data information, and we have the obligation to delete your personal data information without undue delay under one of the following reasons:

3.3.1 The personal data is not necessary for the purposes for which it is collected or otherwise processed

3.3.2 Personal data is processed illegally

3.4 Limit the right to dispose

In one of the following situations, you have the right to request restrictions on our data processing:

3.4.1 You dispute the accuracy of your personal data and allow us to verify the accuracy of your personal data within a certain period.

3.4.2 The processing is illegal and you object to the data processing and request that the use of the personal data be restricted.

3.4.3 We no longer need the personal data for such processing purposes, but you do need the personal data for establishing, exercising or defending your legal rights.

3.5 Right of objection

You have the right to object to our handling of your personal data and we will consider your request. Please provide us with your reasons for objecting to processing so that we can assess whether we have a compelling legal interest in continuing to process the data or whether we need to continue to process the data for legitimate claims.

4.1 You agree that we may process your personal data in order to provide you with the services provided in Paragraph 1 of Article 2 above. You also have the right to revoke such consent at any time. However, such revocation shall not affect the legal validity of data processing based on your consent prior to revocation.If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or withdraw your consent at any time thereafter, we have the right to terminate this Service Agreement.

4.2 In order to provide better service to you, you agree that we may disclose your personal data information to equipment suppliers and installers at our discretion.

4.3 You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that may interfere with the normal operation of our system, or do any behavior that we believe may damage the security of your personal information.

4.4 You know and agree that you have full capacity and authority to disclose or provide any personal data information to us. And you warrant that our use of such data information under the Service Agreement will not expose us to any claim, liability or lawsuit.

4.5 You understand and agree that some of the data information you provide to us may be transferred, stored or processed at our branch or equipment service agency covered by this Agreement. This may be different from your location, so this information may be subject to transfer to an overseas jurisdiction.

4.6 You understand and agree that the overseas transfer or processing of such information is necessary for the processing and management of your account and the provision of services to you, and you consent to us doing so. You further agree that we will process the information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your benefit and that you entrust us to transfer, store and process the data information to those countries and territories for the purpose of providing you with the services agreed upon in the Service Agreement.

4.7 You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to delete, modify or reject any content you submit, post or display on our ioWiz that we believe is illegal and violates the terms of this Agreement and may make us or Branch liable.

Except as otherwise provided in the terms and conditions of the Services, in no event shall we be liable for any delay, failure or interruption of the content or services, directly or indirectly, by an act of nature, force or cause beyond our reasonable control. These factors include, but are not limited to: Internet failure, computer virus, network attack, remote or any other equipment failure, power failure, strike, Labour dispute, riot, rebellion, civil unrest, shortage of Labour or supplies, fire, flood, storm, explosion, act of God, war, action of government, order of a domestic or foreign court or tribunal or non-performance of any third party.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United State of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of Service at any time. Please check back frequently. If we decide to make any changes to the Terms in writing, we will notify you by email or on ioWiz before the changes become effective. In any event, your continued use of any service will constitute acceptance of any such change.
