This Privacy Policy sets out how Raedian New Energy Technology (zhejiang) Co., LTD. ("RAEDIAN", "we", "our" or "us") collect, use, disclose, process and protect any information that you give us when you use RAEDIAN app and portal. RAEDIAN collects personal data in connection with product sales and provision of charging services, creation of user profiles in the RAEDIAN app and portal.

We will explain one by one the types of personal information we collect from you and the corresponding purposes, so that you can understand the types of specific personal information we collect for a particular feature, the reasons for its use and how it is collected.

When you use certain features, we collect your sensitive personal information with your consent. For example, when you use the feature of scan code identification collector, we will obtain your camera permission, and when you use the feature of pairing a Wallbox, we will collect your precise location information. Unless it is required to be collected by relevant laws and regulations, refusal to provide such information will only prevent you from using the specific feature concerned, but will not affect your ability to use the other features of RAEDIAN Wallbox.

You can access, correct, copy and delete your personal information through the channels and methods listed in this Guideline. You can also withdraw your consent, cancel your account, complain and report your privacy features.

It needs to be specially explained that our acquisition of a specific sensitive permission does not mean that we will necessarily collect your relevant information; Even if we have obtained sensitive permissions, we will only use it within the necessary scope, that is, during your use of related services or features, we will collect your relevant information according to this guideline.

In the process of your use of the RAEDIAN app and portal, we will collect and use the information you actively provide when using the service or generated due to the use of the service. We may collect the following types of information (which may or may not be personal information):

2.1 Account information: We will collect information about your RAEDIAN account when you register a user profile in our app or portal. The purpose of collecting this information is to help you complete the features of registration, confirm your identity and prevent your user profile from being misused or duplicated. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in the user name and other information according to your own needs.

2.2 Device related information: We may collect information about hardware, performance, status, etc. of your device, including product code, model name, installation location, PIN code, firmware version, and other information for viewing the device, screen information, etc.

2.3 Information about device settings: We may collect information about device settings, including charging current setting, access setting, power grid settings (1/3 phase setting, grid capacity setting, earthing system setting, solar pv system setting), cable lock on/off.

2.4 Network Information: We may collect network-related information when your device is connected to a network, including current connection mode (Wi-Fi/4G/LAN), 4G signal intensity, and the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password you provide. Such information will be encrypted and stored in a secure server and will be used for purposes you authorize.

2.5 Other information: To ensure the security of our services and to help us better understand how our app and portal are performing, we may collect log information such as how often you use the app or portal, crash data, overall usage, performance data, etc. We do not merge the information we store in our analytic software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the app.

2.6 When you use our app or portal RAEDIAN will process personal data about you, such as name, email address of private owners and administrators of a charging station or other products and users with access to a product. Further, the address of and technical information about a site, the products installed on the site, consumption or usage history, the approximate location of the product and diagnostics data are processed. If a product is connected to a WiFi network, the network's SSID and password are processed. The purpose of the processing is to allow users to gain access to products and installations requiring internal authentication, to administrate installations and charging stations and other products, to enable users to see the product history for an installation, to enable users to see their own charge history, to be able to look up and manage user's access to a site or product and to enable users to log into the RAEDIAN app.

2.7 To ensure the proper and efficient functioning of our website or mobile application, we store small data files called cookies on your web browser or mobile application. The content of a cookie can only be retrieved or read by the server that created it. Each cookie is unique to your web browser or mobile application. Using cookies can help you save yourself from having to repeatedly fill in personal information, enter search content and steps and processes (example: form filling, search history). You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. Most browsers or mobile phone operating systems provide users with the feature of clearing cached data. You can perform corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings or mobile phone operating system settings. 2.8 Currently, RAEDIAN will not request your personal information from a third party outside RAEDIAN. If in the future, it is necessary for us to indirectly obtain your information from a third party for business development, we will inform you of the source from which we will collect such information, which information we will collect, and to what extent we will use such information before obtaining the information. Email：We'll keep your email (including the email used for registering your RAEDIAN account and that linked to the account) during your use of the RAEDIAN app and portal to ensure your normal use of the services. Such information will be deleted with the deletion of your RAEDIAN account.

Wallbox information: When you pair a Wallbox, we need to save your Wallbox information to ensure that you can use the Wallbox normally. When you delete your Wallbox information, we will delete the corresponding information.

In the event that we discontinue providing our products or services, we will notify you of such change by sending a notification, posting an announcement, or other means, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period ("Anonymization" refers to the irreversible erasure or removal of sensitive personal information that leads to the information owner being identified. Any anonymized information shall not be considered as personal information).

We are committed to protecting users' information against theft, improper use, unauthorized access, or leakage.

We will use efforts not less than a reasonable degree of care to protect the security of user information. For example, we will use encryption technologies (such as SSL), data anonymization, and other methods to protect your personal information.

We will enhance the security of the software installed on your device using ever-improving technical means to prevent your personal information from leakage. In the event of information leakage or any other incident related to information security, we will make immediate response to such incident to avoid the worsening of the incident and prevent it further affecting more users, and will notify you of the incident by sending you a notification or posting an announcement.

We will take all possible technical measures to protect your information but makes no guarantee or warranty that our technical measures will eliminate all security risks.

To the extent that we may need to transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliated companies or Third Party Service Providers, we shall do so in accordance with the applicable laws. RAEDIAN app and portal are designed in such a way that you can easily access, change, or delete your account. The operation procedures may vary with different operating systems or different RAEDIAN app or portal versions. We may adjust the operation procedures from time to time to optimize user experience. You can play your part in safeguarding your personal information by not disclosing your login password or account information to anybody unless such person is duly authorized by you. Whenever you log in as a RAEDIAN Account user on RAEDIAN websites, particularly on somebody else's computer or on public Internet terminals, you should always log out at the end of your session.

RAEDIAN cannot be held responsible for lapses in security caused by third party accesses to your personal information as a result of your failure to keep your personal information private. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you must notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet user or any other breach of security.
